How to use Essential Oil correctly?

1. DIFFUSE
  • Lavender 5 drops
  • Bergamot 6 drops
  • Rose Geranium 4 drops
  • Drop into your Mist Diffuser for the soothing atmosphere
2. BREATHING
  • Place 1 drop of your favorite essential oil on your palm, gently rub your palm and open your palm at a comfortable distance before your nose.
  • Close your eyes, inhale and exhale slowly. Repeat 3 times.
3. SKIN
  • Lavender 2 drops
  • Frankincense 2 drops
  • Rose Geranium 1 drops
  • Jojoba Oil 5ml
  • Apply on skin as excellent anti-aging lotion and moisturizer, or for a soothing massage.
