Our Beginning - Inspired by a Mother’s Love - A Mother’s Love Started It All
The story of Claire Organics began with founder Louise Chu and her desire to find gentler, more natural care for her daughter, Claire.
Like many mothers, Louise wanted products she could use with greater confidence products made with thoughtfully selected ingredients that would feel gentle and nurturing on the skin.
What began as a personal search soon became a deeper journey into natural self-care formulation and aromatherapy. As Louise continued to learn, she discovered that self-care could be more than caring for our appearance. It could also create meaningful moments of comfort, calm and connection in everyday life.
Driven by this belief, Louise began creating natural self-care products that reflected the care she wanted for her own family.
Claire Organics was named after the daughter who inspired it all a brand born from a mother’s love and created to share that same gentleness with others.

Meet Our Founder, Louise Chu
Louise Chu is the Founder of Claire Organics, a Malaysian natural self-care brand built on the philosophy of Kind Beauty.
Her journey began with a personal interest in finding gentler and more natural ways to care for her family. This curiosity gradually developed into a professional commitment to natural formulation, aromatherapy and holistic self-care.

The Soother Balm has become one of Claire Organics’ most recognised products, with cumulative sales surpassing one million units.
Between September 2023 and August 2025 alone, 209,539 units were sold—the product’s highest two-year sales performance since the establishment of the brand.
110 Kind Beauty Sustainable Workshops
Between September 2023 and August 2025, Claire Organics organised 110 Kind Beauty Sustainable Workshops to promote environmental awareness, mindful beauty practices and sustainable living within the community.
Consumers’ Choice Award 2022
Claire Organics was honoured with the Consumers’ Choice Award presented by the Selangor Chapter of the National Consumer Action Council, recognising its commitment to consumer satisfaction, professional integrity and product quality.
ASEAN Records Recognition
