Massage Blend
Combine:
✔ 5–10ml Jojoba Oil
✔ 1 drop Bergamot Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Rose Geranium Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Grapefruit Essential Oil

Massage gently onto the shoulders, arms or body for a relaxing self-care routine.

Diffuser Blend
Combine:
✔ 10 drops Rose Geranium
✔ 9 drops Bergamot
✔ 5 drops Grapefruit

Adjust the amount according to your diffuser’s capacity. Diffuse in a well-ventilated space for 30–60 minutes at a time.

DIY Roll-On
Add a small amount of the essential oil blend into a 15ml glass roll-on bottle and fill the remaining bottle with Jojoba Oil. Apply to pulse points such as the wrists and neck.
