Diffuser Blend
Combine:
✔ 5 drops Peppermint
✔ 4 drops Rosemary
✔ 9 drops Lemon

Adjust the total amount according to your diffuser’s capacity. Diffuse in a well-ventilated space for 30–60 minutes at a time.

DIY Roll-On
Add a small amount of the essential oil blend into a 15ml glass roll-on bottle and fill the remaining bottle with Jojoba Oil. Apply to pulse points such as the wrists and neck.

For external and aromatherapy use only. Do not ingest or apply essential oils undiluted. Avoid contact with eyes, face, broken skin and sensitive areas. Lemon Essential Oil may increase sun sensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight on treated skin for at least 12 hours after application. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use extra caution with Peppermint and Rosemary Essential Oils around young children. Patch test diluted blends before first use. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation, dizziness or discomfort occurs.
