Massage Blend
Combine:
✔ 5–10ml Jojoba Oil
✔ 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil

Massage gently onto the neck, shoulders, chest or feet. Avoid the face, nostrils and sensitive areas.

Diffuser Blend
Combine:
✔ 8 drops Lavender
✔ 5 drops Eucalyptus
✔ 4 drops Peppermint

Adjust the total amount according to your diffuser’s capacity. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room for 30–60 minutes at a time and switch off before sleeping.

DIY Roll-On
Add a small amount of the essential oil blend into a 15ml glass roll-on bottle and fill the remaining bottle with Jojoba Oil. Apply to the wrists, neck or chest as needed.

Patch test diluted blends before first use. Discontinue use if irritation, dizziness or breathing discomfort occurs. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
