How To Use

Diffuser
Add a few drops to a diffuser with water according to the diffuser’s instructions. Diffuse in a well-ventilated space for 30–60 minutes at a time.

DIY Roll-On
Dilute the selected essential oils with Jojoba Oil in a glass roll-on bottle. Apply to pulse points such as the wrists or neck.

Massage
Dilute with a suitable carrier oil before gently massaging onto the body.

Bath
Mix a few drops with carrier oil or bath salts before adding to bath water. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly into the bath.

Important Note
Essential oils must be properly diluted before skin application. Natural citrus oils may increase sun sensitivity when applied topically.
