Suggested Diffuser Blend
Add the following oils to a diffuser filled with water according to its instructions:
✔ 1 drop Lemongrass Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Tea Tree Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Rosemary Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Lemon Essential Oil

Begin with fewer drops for smaller rooms or scent-sensitive users. Diffuse for approximately 30–60 minutes in a well-ventilated space, then take a break.

DIY Roll-On Blend
For a gentle 15ml adult roll-on:
✔ Add 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
✔ Add 1 drop Tea Tree Essential Oil
✔ Add 1 drop Lemon or Lemongrass Essential Oil
✔ Fill the bottle with Jojoba Oil
✔ Close securely and shake gently
✔ Patch test before regular use

Apply lightly to suitable pulse points such as the inner wrists. Avoid applying to the face, head, temples, neck or chest.

Important Note
This set creates a fresh-smelling aromatic environment. It does not remove haze, disinfect the air, kill airborne bacteria, prevent influenza or treat respiratory symptoms.

A cool-mist diffuser may add a small amount of moisture to the surrounding air, but it is not a replacement for an air purifier, humidifier or medical treatment.

PRECAUTIONS
For external and aromatherapy use only. Do not ingest, apply undiluted oils directly to the skin or inhale directly from the palms. Avoid steam inhalation, as concentrated vapour may irritate the eyes and airways. Do not diffuse continuously, overnight or in an unventilated room. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree and Lemongrass Essential Oils require extra caution around babies and young children. Lemon Essential Oil may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight or ultraviolet exposure on treated skin for at least 12 hours unless the oil is confirmed to be non-phototoxic. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation, headache, nausea, dizziness or breathing discomfort occurs. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
