How To Use

Diffuser
Add a few drops to a diffuser with water according to the diffuser’s instructions. Diffuse for approximately 30–60 minutes in a well-ventilated space.

Aroma Inhalation
Add 1–2 drops onto a tissue or aroma stone and allow the scent to diffuse naturally.

Skin Application
Dilute with Jojoba, Avocado, Rosehip or another suitable carrier oil before applying to the body. Begin with approximately 1–2 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil.

Massage
Blend with a carrier oil and massage gently onto suitable body areas as part of a relaxing self-care routine.

Bath
Mix 2–3 drops thoroughly with carrier oil, bath salts or a suitable bath dispersant before adding to bath water. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly into water.
