How To Use
Roll a small amount onto suitable pulse points, such as the inner wrists or elbows. Allow the aroma to settle and inhale gently.

Use the rounded base of the bottle to massage the shoulders lightly without applying excessive pressure.

Avoid applying near the eyes, face or temples.
