Diffuser Use
✔ Add a few drops into diffuser to create a fresh, comforting and welcoming atmosphere

✔ Blend with Lavender for a soft calming scent, or citrus oils for a brighter uplifting aroma

Inhale
✔ Inhale directly from bottle carefully when you need a fresh citrus-floral aroma boost
✔ Or add a few drops to tissue/cotton and allow the scent to gently evaporate
✔ Add 1–2 drops onto a cotton ball and place near your pillow area for a pleasant bedtime aroma ritual

Skin Application
✔ Must dilute with carrier oil before skin use
✔ Mix 5–10 drops with Jojoba, Avocado or Rosehip Oil before applying to body, feet, chest, temples or pulse points

Important Note
Bergamot Essential Oil is a citrus oil and is extremely phototoxic. Avoid sun or UV exposure for at least 12 hours after applying diluted Bergamot Essential Oil on skin.

If pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical care, consult your physician before use. Must be diluted with a carrier oil before applying to skin. Bergamot Essential Oil is extremely phototoxic and may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid sun or UV exposure for at least 12 hours after applying to skin. Repeated use may result in contact sensitisation, so rotate between different oils when needed. Contains naturally derived ingredients which may cause sensitivity in rare cases. Patch test is recommended before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on babies unless approved by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.
