Diffuser Blend
Add to a diffuser with water:
✔ 2 drops Eucalyptus
✔ 2 drops Ginger
✔ 2 drops Lemongrass
✔ 7 drops Lavender
✔ 4 drops Peppermint

Adjust the total amount according to your diffuser’s capacity. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room for up to 30–60 minutes at a time.

Massage Oil Blend
Combine:
✔ 10ml Jojoba Oil
✔ 1 drop Eucalyptus
✔ 1 drop Ginger
✔ 1 drop Lemongrass
✔ 1 drop Lavender
✔ 1 drop Peppermint

Massage gently onto the shoulders, neck, arms or legs using circular movements. Do not apply near the face, eyes or sensitive areas.
