Massage Blend
Combine:
✔ 5–10ml Argan Oil
✔ 1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Rose Geranium Essential Oil
✔ 1 drop Grapefruit Essential Oil

Massage gently onto dry skin or areas that feel tired and tense.

Diffuser Blend
Combine:
✔ 4 drops Frankincense
✔ 5 drops Rose Geranium
✔ 8 drops Grapefruit

Add the appropriate amount to a diffuser with water. Adjust according to the diffuser’s capacity and use in a well-ventilated room.

DIY Roll-On
Add a small amount of the essential oil blend into a 15ml glass roll-on bottle and fill the remaining bottle with Argan Oil. Apply to pulse points such as the wrists and neck.
