Terms and Conditions:

1. The CSR Campaign Period will take place from 3 January 2023 at "00:00:01" to 31 January 2023 at "23:59:59".
   
2. To participate in the CSR Campaign:
   
3. Donor can choose to donate a minimum amount of RM50 to grant a child's wish.
4. Donor can choose to donate items such as Clothing, Footwear, Food, Bedding, Toy to our Claire Organics Flagship Store @ Sunway Velocity, Lot 5-03D, Level 5, Commune, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
   
5. For donor who participate in CSR Campaign will need to fill in the details such as Name, NRIC, HP Number, Email, Others & upload the receipt of donation into the Google Form.
   
6. Donation Reward: Free member sign-up and for existing membership will be rewarded 1500 points, which equal to the value of RM15 + Kintry snack goodies.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice. 
8. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Donor will therefore indicate that authorization is given to the Organizer and its agencies to use the names and / or photographs of the participants for publicity, advertising and / or marketing purposes without any notice and / or compensation.
   
10. The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or suspend this Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. The management of Claire Organics®️ reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
12. For any monetary donation made, kindly reach out to Claire Organics®️  in order to obtain an official receipt.
